Our Story So Far

PalletXpress distributes palletised freight in Ireland and the UK from our central hub in Ballycoolin, Dublin. Our hub and spoke model offers customers scale, flexibility and access to modern IT systems to meet any business requirement. Our model also offers numerous environmental benefits, reducing the carbon footprint of organisations and congestion on roads.

Our nationwide distribution network consists of 24 haulier members who provide an integrated, seamless service throughout Ireland. We specialise in consignments of up to 6 pallets with the capacity to handle larger deliveries. We guarantee next day pallet collection and delivery service in Ireland, and an express 48 Hour import/export service to and from the UK.

We use a number of KPIs to benchmark and monitor our performance including On-Time Delivery and Scanned PODs.

We employ 25 experienced staff at our head office in customer service, operations and IT roles. Every day, over 200 vehicles transport freight for PalletXpress customers in Ireland. We process over 2,000 pallets per day in our central hub.

Our innovative IT system ensures full Track and Trace capabilities and documentation for your freight delivery.
